Howdy, my tangley friends!
Thank you for all of your comments last week on my tile and mandalas/zendalas.
It was very cool this week to play with the yet-to-be-named new tangle from Laura at I Am the Diva. Here’s what I did with it for challenge #166:
I also added some Cadent, a version of Verdigogh, and sprinkles of Flux. Plus red. Definitely trying to work in some color from time to time, but I’m shy with it.
Then, I couldn’t miss doing Cheryl of Artful Creation’s Tackle it Tuesday challenge this week because we are on the letter K — which is my favorite letter.
I’ve got Keeko, Kandy Ribnz, Kandysnake, a version of Kitchener, and Kuke (underneath an “inverted Kuke”–oops!).
I enjoyed doing that tile while I waited at the chiropractor for about an hour to be seen. (It was worth it!)
The CZT seminar at the end of June is approaching quickly — and once it’s a month away, I’ll start being in countdown-mode! I can’t wait. I have no idea what to expect, but I’m so excited!!
The weeks ahead do have some other fun things, too — a long weekend in NYC with family and a trip to Vermont to B&B with my DH!
I was trying to think of a cute photo to post that wasn’t Zentangle-related, and all I could come up with was this sweet pic of my orange cat in a large antique crock that my in-laws brought back from their trip to the midwest. Enjoy!

I enjoyed your tangles and also the picture of the beautiful cat in the crock. Good job.

I like the way that you stopped and started, so it just looks like it goes somewhere. The Western crock with your cat is to cute. Take care of the crock… they are hard to find these days!

Love your Tangles… especially the little live one… LOL… Love the incorporation of the other tangles… I think it makes for a much nicer tile when you add more tangles.. .Nice ART… Love, Light and Peace…Bonnie

Both your tiles are beautiful and very lively. I love the last one 🙂

I think that touch of red is just enough and perfectly placed. You’ve incorporated Laura’s tangle beautifully in your overall design.

Both are wonderful! Especially I like the first one with these little red dots! Wonderful depth here!

These are so pretty and so is the cat!
