Simple and clean expressions of life are my specialty. I love to capture the extraordinary in the ordinary.

I have a passion for macro photography and day-in-the-life candid portraits. I love capturing a quick expression on someone’s face, whether that expression tells a story or leaves the tale up to the imagination. With macro photography, the camera becomes a microscope, magnifying hidden worlds and bringing the viewer to sit on top of a blade of grass or inside the cavern of a tulip.
All photos are taken by me. Most photos have been shot with a Canon Rebel T2i DSLR.

To work with video is a richer demonstration of the simplicity and complexity of life, within even the most ordinary scenarios. I have always dreamed of “being the one who puts the music to the commercials/movies/tv shows.”
I’m still working on a portfolio of video samples. Below are videos that I was commissioned to do for an organization that focuses on a wholistic approach to self-growth and expansion of consciousness.

I was recently asked to create a presentation for a class in the Mariner Center Program for Multipliers. It illustrates a concept of the program, by using personal testimonials and emotionally evocative music and images. Photo credits go to me and to my friend, Terry.
The presentation was originally made in PowerPoint 2011, but will eventually be recreated in iMovie to preserve the audio and graphic quality that seems to be compromised in the saving, re-saving as video in PowerPoint, then uploading to Vimeo.
I’m still seeking permission to use the audio from its author, Paul Schwartz.
Take a look!

We were moved to tears at the misty glass towers of numbers and memories. Not even the sounds of celebratory drunkards pouring from the bars across the street could take us from our concentration and silent reverence.
