It’s hot. It’s in the 90s and humid this week, which is typical for New England in July. It just means that the fans are blowing, the AC is humming and the cats are lounging on the cold tile floor.
I’ve been doing some tangling in my Tangle A Day calendar, since I enjoy filling those pages as a way to mark time and see progression. It becomes a visual story of the weeks that go by.
Diva Challenge #227
While Diva Laura has the summer off, this week’s challenge was from guest blogger and CZT 15 classmate Lee Darter. In Lee’s challenge to tanglers, she invokes the image of the circus. What do you think of when you hear the word circus? Twirling acrobats, dancing bears, big top tents.
The challenge called for tangles Cack, Fescu and Tropicana.
Lee also is the president of the Ron Abney Educational Fund that provides full college scholarships for Takeo, Cambodian orphans who graduate from high school. What an amazing mission!
Diane & Carolein’s Weekly Challenge
This week, the challenge was to use tangles with the letters G, X and K. Here it is!
