I was so happy to see Erin/The Bright Owl’s Zendala Dare return. I’m always amazed at the transformation that a pattern can go through when adding patterns.
Mandalas, and now Zendalas, have been a source of inspiration for me since I was first introduced to them 20 years ago. I absorbed as much as I could about mandalas when I learned about them. I looked for books on mandalas and mandalas in nature. Finding a coloring book of mandalas was not an easy quest, but I found one and poured over it.
It’s amazing to now draw mandalas, creating my own magical, circular symbols.
Thanks, Erin!

This is stunning. Like the boldness combined with the line work. It is a nice contrast. Have fun at training.

A very beautiful Zendala – I like how you softened the piece by adding a delicate tangle on the outside.
